Just Trying To Figure This Out

I quit drinking 7 months ago and since then I have started to remember a lot of things that happened when I was a kid. I don't know what to do, where to start to deal with all the anger I have toward so many of my family members. I am seeing a counseler and am doing the AA thing but am still having a really tough time. I would really like to hear that other people have got through this. And how you got through it.
