I've been having a difficult time as my councilor for the past two years has decicded I need more survices. She terminated my services on March third.

My new councilor is a guy so I will be given the oppotunity to build a trust relationshipwith a man, After seven years of working on my incest history I think I'm up to the callenge I'm nervous still andI have such difficullty trusting men.The good news is that there is a group availible that fits my needs. Stilll I feel like the introduction to ster trek heading ing to the final frontier. My ANRP gave me a proscription for xanex fro while I am settling in. Iwould say wish m luck but afterall this time I knkow that the key element in healingis workPLease do wish me well

I've been where you are so I understand! I had female counselors for over 10 years. I then got sent to a guy. For myself, it did not work. I went 4 times & found myself not opening up & not wanting to "share" my real feelings/emotions. I do wish you luck & hope that it does work out for you!
