My name is Kayla.

Almost five years ago, I was sexually assaulted. I've healed, a lot. I've been in therapy ever since, for a variety of conditions. My girlfriend's been more supportive than I could ever ask.

And yet, there are still... I'd say scars, but that's wrong - scars are what's left after you've healed. Some of the wounds are still there. I guess that's what brings me here. Hope that maybe I can make that just "I've healed."

Sorry, that was a little more dramatic than I'd hoped to be.
