Hello everyone :blush:

I was sexually assaulted ( attempted r*pe ) when i was 17 by an acquaintance.

I think i developed PTSD 3 years ago ( now i'm 26 ) , primarily intrusive thoughts and nightmares/insomnia.

I was searching for a support group and found this place.
