Hi there, I'm a 23 year old girl,that is a survivor of incest and childhood sexual abuse ( 3 men abused me for many years, one was in my family and 2 were in my stepfamily) I am in therapy, it took me 5 years in therapy before I told my secret to my psychologist. I'm still in therapy (it's almost 3 years since I started talking about the abuse). I have the posttraumatic stress disorder,and struggle alot with the aftermaths of the abuse, such as depression,anxiety,flashbacks, eating disorders,and self injury. I've been admitted in psych.ward, and psychiatric center about 11-12 times the last 3-4 years. About a year ago I was admitted in a special unit for sexual abused. That was an amazing place!! I'm trying to get better,but i takes time!

And btw I'm from Scandinavia,so my main language is not English so I might have some faults in the writing lol
