Im Back After A Break Away

Hi,

I'm not exactly new here, but have not been on for some time, i need to start my healing. Stop running away.

Please help me find strength....i OFTEN feel abandoned, thrown away and ignored by my family, so much so that i can't tell my friends in fear that they will also throw me aside as though i am worthless.

Please help me. :blush:

Consider yourself hugged if that is okay. That sense of aloneness that engulfs us in the midst of our struggles with what has brought us here can only be met, I think, by those who truly understand the effects of that trauma and abuse can have on us.
