:hi: hello i am new here but i am unsure or if this could help me as not much has been lately its just been getting worse for me so i'll give it ago as i suppose you have to try everythng before you give up and thats impossible cause there is too many things out in the world that people recommend for me to do.

anyway i just thought i would say hello

Hi swamped welcome to AS :flowers: I hope you find AS to be a huge help along your healing journey. I know it is hard to reach out to people. I was a bit skeptical when I first joined AS but almost two years later I am so thankful that I did. AS is such a warm comforting place to come. People here are very understanding and always willing to help in anyway they can. I have made many wonderful friends here who are now a very big part of my life. We all help one another get through all the rough days. We also share a lot of laughs. I hope you will have the same great experience here. Please know that you are not alone. If you ever need a friend please feel free to pm me anytime. :)

WElcome to AS. Sorry that you share the purpose for this forum. I hope that you find your healing here. Somedays it's very hard, but stay busy and talk. We all need each other. You have to have like 25 posts before you can make it to live chat. I hope you find the support and answers that you nee.
