    COMMUNITY-BASED COUNSELLING AGENCIES- Sliding-scale fees

The organizations below are non-profit. Counselling fees are geared to income / sliding scale. This means that the fees are adjusted based on the client’s income level – the less you make, the less you pay per session. Usually there is a waiting period to get in for the first appointment. On average, it can take one to two months for first session. Please call each organization to ask about fees and wait times – they often vary from one organization to the next.
