Ive finally built up the courage to actually become a member of AS, and Im hoping that it will help me to heal.

Welcome to AfterSilence, there are plenty of healing opporunties that present themselves here at AS, I personally think that just being apart of the AfterSilence community, which you're now apart of (Yahooooo ) is healing on it own, because in a way your in a virtual context in the presence of other who have experienced and who can understand what you've gone through, and how much it hurts, and who can validate the feelings you're having, and I think just being in that context is healing in itself.

I hope you find that AS is a site with alot of support and validation to offer, and that we're all on this healing journey togeather support each other, and healing togeather That's what AS is all about
