It's perfectly normal to be anxious when you first joined, I think all the survivors here where anxious when they first joined, I guess it is just part of being new, like joining a new school, but over time that will pass, and you'll see that we are just other survivors just like you, who care about you, and who are on this journey of healing from what we have experienced togeather.

I am sorry for what has brought you here, however I am glad that you have come here to Aftersilence to obtain support and validation for what you have experienced, and I am so glad that you're here with us, you're never alone, or silent here at AfterSilence because we're always here with you
