Hi Everyone,

I just joined here and thought I would introduce myself. 20 years ago my father sexual abused me and I recently broke the silence. I have realized now that I have started the healing process and I want to get better. I realized today that since I told people I have been on such an emotional roller coaster that I can be a bear to be around, and I need to realize that I need to be better then my father and even mother (who physically and emotionally abused me) and move forward and nto backwards. I am very angry still with my father that he did this to me, and I want to move forward and no backwards.
