My name is Tamatha and I'm new here. I just wanted to say hello to everyone. I'm nervous. I'm not sure how to do this but I'm here and that's the first step. I'm so grateful for this place. I'm ready to heal and let go of all of the pain and anger if that's possible. I look forward to my road to recovery knowing that I'm not alone.
