I'm brand new to this group, joined last night. I want to introduce myself and tell you that I'm here for help and guidance from others, who have been through similar trauma as myself. I think I may need this to "normalize" my experience as my therapist put it. I'm going to put a post in the "Aftermath" section, if you would like to read it and give me some feedback.
