Hi I've been gone for a while mostly isolating from people and stuck in old behaviors to distract me from my past. I've been struggling a lot. Anyways I just thought I would re-introduce myself because I felt a little uncomfortable just posting in the other forms.

Isolating yourself from people is something we all do at some point. You're not alone in that. Please know that if you need some "you" time, that it's no problem. Taking care of yourself is most important. Old behaviors can be a drag huh? I can understand though...... I am sorry you have been struggling so much, and I am glad to see you have returned to AS.
