Technical Help Please

Please can someone tell me how to get the extra supportive pictures I see people using. There are a limited amount in the posting area, and I noticed the squishy hugs are in the live chat area, but how do I get them into the posting area. It may be a dumb question, but I would really like to know because they are so cool (like the ones with the banner).

Please ... anyone?

Hi Bewitched, when you post there should be a window in the top left hand corner of the containing pics/emoticons....to see those available for use in posts click on 'Show All'...and click on the emoticon you wish to use. Alternatively there is a dropdown menu next to the fonts at the top of the window. There are also shortcuts you can type to use these, they are listed at the side of those emoticons in the window.
