Not Sure Where Post Went

I am sorry if this duplicates my post. I was trying to figure out how to get started. I know I cant chat, I know I need to post a while first. I am just wondering where to post, and if password protected how to do this. I dont think I am posting my whole story. I am just having a really hard time figuring all this out right now.
