Hi everyone.

I was sexually assaulted as a child and I've just started the recovery process as an adult - it's taken eighteen years to get here. I suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and panic attacks. Luckily I've started going to counseling and it has been helpful. I am grateful to have found this community and look forward to chatting with everyone.

I'm glad you're here, it's a great place to be if you want a supportive, understanding environment.

I too suffer from PTSD and panic attacks, as well as some other things. If you need to talk or anything, you can PM me anytime. :)
