Hi Everyone,

I am new here. I am a survivor of CSA and rape as a teen. I'm 56 now and for reasons beyond my control I am having anxiety and falshbacks to the feelings of helplessness and fear. Looking forward to getting to know you all. I feel a sense of relief already, that their are others who know my pain..thank you all for being there!

Welcome! I am also a survivor of CSA and rape, feels good to know there are others who share your burden and understand your pain doesn't it? As you meet other survivors--you'll start to wish there were fewer of us!
