Hi

I am new to this site and pretty damned scared. I have been in private therapy for 5 months now and am JUST beginning to feel the need to talk to others who have experienced similar stuff but I don't know where or how to start!

Welcome to AS, as for when and how to start, one of the great things about this place is you can just take it at your own pace, I would say look around, see what part you connect with and start there .. You have already made that step by registering, then made another step by posting, so the ice has been broken even if it might not feel like that at times ..
