I posted to this site last year and it was a huge help for me! You guys are awesome. I have been away for quite a few months....maybe even a year - not sure.

I have been finishing up my graduate degree and ...emotionally eating myself toward blimptom. I gained SO much weight this last semester! I guess that was my way of coping. Now the pounds are coming off and the emotions are coming back....so here I am again!

I just posted to "share your story". It's long and wordy. Sorry.

Good to be back, though. Thanks in advance :)
