New To The Group

Hi Everybody

I'm new to this group and from what I've seen so far just from the posts it looks so supportive and a good place to begin healing.

I am 25 years old and I am a surivor of SA from my grandfather from ages 5 to 21. I recently just started to seek help foolishly thinking I could deal with everything on my own. In addition to the SA I've had to deal with the fall out from my family, most of who do not speak to me anymore. I do however have a wonderful husband and who are working together to get through this. So I just thought I'd post my hello!

And I tried to deal with everything on my own for awhile, too. Like you, I found it didn't work.
