Hi EveryOne....it's been a long long while since i was last around and when i was around i didn't really post much. I am hoping it is ok to be back and i will make more of an effort to join in. I am struggling with keeping everything going big time at the moment, work, home, health and have recently been unable to see my Therapist very much I hope you don't mind me being around again I hope you are all taking care and keeping safe
