I've been reading many of your posts and am feeling quite emotional. The amount of support and understanding here is incredible, something I need so much at the moment... I've tried for too long to pretend it didn't happen and it hasn't been working for me.

i am so happy you founs AS, it really is a wonderful place. i am sorry for the things you have been through that lead you to need this type of support, but hun, I am so pleased you found the courage to come here and reach out for support.

It takes heart and bravery to be able to say " i cant do this alone" and for that i commend you Olga.

By reaching out you are being strong...you are reaching towards healing.

I know your gonna like it here, it is very supportive environent...you are gonna be wanted, listened to, respected, and understood here. Your not alone with this anymore.

Don't be too tough on yourself, you're a survivor, which in itself shows you are a very brave person, and by seeking out some help, you've shown a lot of courage.
