I'm 32. I don't think the reality of what happened has really sunk in yet. But I know I have to talk to someone about this. I can't eat, sleep, think. I'm thankful that I've found a place like this where I can figure out what to do with all of these emotions I'm feeling. Or not feeling.

No need to be affraid of posting how you feel Hon. For me this is a place I can truely tell it exactly as I see it (and remarkably- usually not get told off for it haha). I hope you find it the same way too.
