Hi everyone,

I am new here. Wanted to introduce myself.

I am 23 and i come from Scotland. I was abused from the ages of 4 until i was 18. I want to have a life beyond what happened to me, i know i will never forget, and i know it will affect me forever, but I dont want it to own me anymore. Hopefully After Silence can become one of my tools to empower me beyond abuse.

I live with my fiancee and my lil dog. I also want a rat, but phil says No!.....
