Hi Ayame

Sorry for what you have gone through. You have found a safe place and you are not alone here. Nightmare can be bad, I know when I have them, it puts me in bad place . It's nice to have a place where others understand.

This was my first real step toward healing, there’s a ton of kind and welcoming people on here who listen, and it’s been therapeutic to offer support and try to help others as well. Hi ayame and welcome.

I am very sorry for the trauma you've endured and the struggles you continue to face. None of this was fair or deserved. You have found a wonderful community filled with supportive and understanding survivors like you. I know how difficult it is to feel so alone, but this place does change that. It's ok to take your time and look around the community until you feel more comfortable.

I am glad you have found us and wish you well on your healing journey.

Hello and welcome from me as well! I am Wanna :flowers:

I am truly sorry about unfortunate circumstances holding you back. I have been on anti-depressants myself and am having another round of therapy in the fall. After Silence is here for whenever you're ready. You pick the pace and the time, no pressure. Starting to share and participate is a big step, but it can make healing come by easier. :notalone:

I hope things will get better for you soon. Sending you sunshine ☀️
