This community is a forum site, no zoom or meetings. Members can post a thread within the forums to interact with others. You can ask for support, advice, general feedback or even vent. You can speak of your abuse or the struggles you have. You can also reply to others in that same way. Feel free to look around to get an idea and post or reply when you are ready.

I am glad you decided to reach out and wish you many steps forward as you move down this healing path.

While AS does not offer zoom or live meetings, I do hope that you will find the forums helpful. You are welcome to post on the forums whenever you feel comfortable.
