My names Moe (not really) and I’m new here. I’m having a very hard time lately, for the same reason all of us are. I’ve always coped with trauma by sharing my story as if I’m some sort or martyr or teaching tool. Over sharing and analyzing is how I processed every bad thing that has ever happened to me, and the only way I really know how to do it, but as I come to terms with “this” I can’t seem to find solace in speaking of it. That’s why I hope an anonymous support group can help me. So I guess I’m here to share my story and learn from all of you. Thank you for having me

Welcome to AfterSilence. I am so sorry you've experienced trauma and that you are struggling. You will find tons of support from our wonderful group of understanding members. You are not alone. 

Healing can be a confusing process, I think we all can relate to that. Sometimes we need to try a few things to see which path is really the most beneficial. My paths usually had me going where only denial lived. I do think we come to a point tho where we need to face what happened to be able to move forward. It isn't easy, but I think necessary...and easier with others who get it. This community does. We welcome you and wish you solid and forward steps forward.
