Welcome to AfterSilence. I am very sorry for the trauma you have endured and the struggles you face. You will find much support here as we do have a community of understand and kind individuals. You are not alone.

It's difficult to reach out, I know. I am glad you found us and decided to join. Take your time and look around the site and jump in when you feel ready. I wish you many steps forward as you continue this path we call healing.
