Hi all, I am happy to have found this space.

I went through a really dark hole after I was raped and it eventually led me into addiction and suicidal thoughts.
I know I have found much healing over the years through great support systems but I do know that I still have parts of myself that need complete healing.
I have a daughter now and I don't want to pass on any toxic energies or behaviors.

I'm sorry for what you went through to need a place like After Silence but I'm glad you found this community as well!!!

I'm glad to hear you've had healing through the years and it's good that you recognize that you still want to heal more fully.  Definitely understandable to do for your daughter but also for yourself!!!  Healing is for you!!!

Sorry for what you went through. It’s crazy how many of us there are in the world. I hate what each and every one of you went through but I’m so glad I found people to talk to that understand the hurt the frustration the pain and the fear I am going through I hope each and every one of you figure out a way to get through this because we are all survivors we are all fighters!
