I'm so happy  I found this site. So few people understand what as survivors experience. At times I have felt very alone and I find it hard to talk about  What is happened to me with those I love the most because I feel guilty For sharing and seeing them feel hopeless because they don't know how to help me.

Welcome to AS. I am very sorry for what you've been thru, but you have found a very supportive site. You are quite right that few people understand, unless they've gone thru it. I’m glad that I found this group too. It is always so hard for me to talk to others about what I’m going through because I feel judged. I can already see this site isn’t that way.
