Welcome to AS!  I’m sorry for the trauma you’ve endured.  You will find that this is a safe place and many can relate in their own way.  You’re not alone here.  Wishing you the best on your healing journey.

welcome to AS, I’m sorry to hear that things are becoming increasingly complicated. It often does take a long time to recover and healing has its ups and downs for sure! I started healing 5 years ago and I’m still working on it. You’ve found a supportive community here .
