Welcome to AS. I am very sorry for the trauma you have suffered, but you have found a very safe and supportive site. I am glad your T (that is correct   ) has suggested you to look for a place like ours. It is ok to feel nervous when first reaching out, but know you aren't alone. Reaching out is not easy, especially after so much time (30+ years for me), but it is a huge step. I wish you the very best as you walk on this path of healing.
