The incident happened just over a year ago, but I hardly speak about it. It weighs on me and keeps coming back in my mind. I'm just hoping to find some solace somewhere.

 I'm so sorry this has happened to you.  I really hope you find some solace and that things get better for you.  It sounds like a cliche but it does get easier as time passes.  Take care and be kind to yourself x
