new person, new to processing

I'm new to the site. I've tried to process out my experiences a lot over the years with little success. Giving it another try and hoping to be as honest with myself as I can. Interested in connecting with some other people in hopes of working through some things with people who have been there.

Hi Haymer welcome to AS. I am sorry about the trauma you have been through. I am still trying to process what I have gone through. I do feel I am taking more steps forward and less back. I have great support here and I am sure you will too.
