just started this and just coming for help after surviving sexual assault because I don't know what to do. This happened in May and I'm just lost and maybe help others.

Welcome to AS. I am sorry you have experienced this trauma, but you have found a very supportive site. We all feel kind a lost going thru this, but finding others that have gone thru similar experiences will help, as you are no longer alone.
