I'm in my early twenties 

What happened to me happened when I was a child.  And I'm here now because I've recently been struggling with it.

I'm sorry struggles as a result of your trauma has been plaguing you. Know you aren't alone in dealing with these things. Take your time and look around. Things can get easier with the help of friends. I wish you well as you journey this healing path.
