I'm new here

Hi. I just signed up. My abuse happened almost a year ago. I'm really struggling and have been dealing with my assault on my own and with my therapist, but I think I need another support. And that's this site. I feel really lost and confused but I took the step to register here. Which is hard because now my abuse feels real. But I'm just looking for people who understand. Thank you.
