Welcome to AS. I am very sorry about the trauma you suffered, but you have found a very supportive site. You have a good friend that would recommend you seek out support. Your story, as much or as little as you decide to share is up to you. I've been here almost a year and have only share a few small pieces of my story. So no rush and no pressure.
