Also where do you find how and when to use the tags and the cute emogi holding the signs?

If you click on the smiley face on the format/edit like toolbar above your reply or compose window a load of emoji will appear at the bottom for you tot choose from. Not sure my techno - speak is that good either, let me know if you get stuck.
