Hello, I'm New

My name is Marina and I am 47 years old. I have been introduced to this site through my therapist, as a means to gather some support as my support system can be counted on less than one hand. I have been in therapy for a couple of years now, and things appear better some days. I am disabled and never go anywhere except for therapy and school. School is on break and I have nothing to do, or anyone to see so I am hoping to meet people with the same mindset as my own. I tend to spiral into severe depression when I isolate. Thanks for your time.
