All The Abbreviations?

Confused by all the abbreviations. I understand why to use them, just don't know what most of them mean.

Thanks! That helps some. I guess I'm more confused with the certain abbreviations on here specifically.

T = Therapist

SI = Self Injury

SH = Self Harm

TW = Trigger Warning, or in my case TurtleWhisperer ;)

Those are the basic ones I think.

Are there certain ones you were wondering about?
