Hi everyone! I just recently stumbled across this website when looking for online support groups. I'm still trying to figure out how exactly to navigate and interact but I wanted to post an introduction to say how thankful I am to have found a community like this. I can't express how much of a relief it is to see so many of the complicated emotions I've been struggling with being expressed and understood by so many other people.
