I'm new to all this, I've been reading some of the posts here and its great to see i'm not quite as alone as I thought I was. I guess I'm looking for a way through to the other side, to the hapyish life i used to have before. It would be great if someone invented a way of turning the clock back but then there are probably loads of people who feel that way. I am now comming to realise that that can't happen so I have no choice but to keep going, one day at a time, day after day and night after long night
