  1. Easter went okay today 💝 just feeling completely dissociated now. Like I'm still waiting for something bad to happen.

      Sitting with you until the feeling passes. Remind yourself just because something went well, doesn't mean there is something bad on the horizon. You are allowed good things, Luna.

  2. Easter is a traumaversary for us, and it's making me paranoid and I'm dissociating more. Any tips would be greatly appreciated 💔

      I feel like I’m in the overthinking stage, where I’m just imagining all of the horrible stuff that could go wrong. I have to be around my abuser and it sucks, but I don’t have much of a choice if I want to be around the rest of my family. I’m just trying to stay strong.

      Ah, that makes it really tough...having to be around him. Are you going to be with people you trust? Stick close to them. You're safe. You'll be safe, especially if you stay close to someone you trust and avoid your abuser as much as you can to protect you from triggers. It'll be hard, but you are strong. I wish you well. ❤️

      Easter is also a traumaversary for me.  You are not alone.  My therapist suggested to try to create a new tradition for that day.  Like doing something I enjoy that I can look forward to.  Maybe you want to give it a try too.  Sitting with you if okay.
