Hi. I'm new to this forum after looking for somewhere where people would understand more what I was going through. I've just started therapy for PTSD and I am still in denial/ can't say out loud what happened/ constantly being triggered by things. Looking forward to exploring the forums and getting some clarity and relief with people who get it.
