Hello @Capulet I think the reiki was an amazing experience. I'm not sure if I ever would have started this healing journey if it weren't for that session breaking my heart opened. Hello. This is my first time in one of these groups. I am currently dealing with abuse from 25 years ago. Someone said this could help me. Not really sure how to use it. I apologize if I am doing this wrong. 6 months ago I had a massage reiki session that led to an emotional release and an opening for all my old trauma to reappear. It's been 6 months of agony and pain. This is my first step in trying to help myself.
