U.S. Federal law define it this way, as well. It is an umbrella term that includes all unwanted sexual activity. I'm sure many places across the world have their own definition or lack thereof. Just wish those laws worked better for most.

@MeBeMary i only quoted that because it was from the law. ive had a bad habit of denying myself and have recently started crawling my way out of a long dark tunnel to realize that "this is me" (not that its "me" but that it includes me and i deserve better).
i wish the law did more for people, anyone thats been wronged for any reason, but sadly its not perfect. i havent gone to court, but this law is helping me in the moment... i didnt want it and that all that matters...

Those three words, if by law or by morality, does include you. If you need to remind yourself, I'm all for it. You also speak the truth, as you deserved better, as we all deserved better. 

Perhaps quoting law for yourself will also remind others what it does mean and give them less doubt, as well.
