    Hi Poppy, That's fantastic news! I'm so glad you've found a really supportive therapist 🙂 Also, I wish you all the best at the retreat. That's such a brave step and sounds like it will be so worth while. That's also such a good idea to blog about it at the end of each day. I think writing down our feelings can be so beneficial. Congratulations on the 30 day milestone. That's no small feat at all and you should definitely be really proud of yourself. Good luck at the retreat! Flutterby
