    The weather is lovely today. I'm trying my best to enjoy it and to shove aside my anxiety related to this season/temperature. I just focus on my dog when walking her and how much she loves being outside in it. I need to remind myself that I'm safe. Or at least mostly safe. And the lovely weather should be appreciated when it's around...:flowers: Admittedly, it's nice to go outside and not need a giant coat!

      I'm glad you are trying to see the positives of days like today. It was wrong for anyone to "steal" these days from you and reclaiming them is what you so deserved.

      Thank you, both. ❤️ @MeBeMary It was definitely wrong of them. It's not easy to reclaim anything...but I'm trying. I'm proud of myself for being able to enjoy the weather, even for a little bit. My mind wandered to the negative memories, but for the most part, I did pretty well. :hug:
